Anxiety

As most of my friends and family know, I have an anxiety disorder. Anxiety is a normal part of life but when it tips the scales and spills out over basic life functions such as sleeping, eating, relationships and work, it can become a huge problem.

I manage my anxiety levels with running, but I also check in regularly with my doctor and counselor.
